HR ASSISTANT (Ref: HRA001-WEB) )
 
  Scope of Position:
 
  • Updates all changes into employee files.
  • Updating and maintenance of the 201-file system.
  • Compiles and keeps personnel records.
  • Record all basic information of each employee.
  • Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs.
  • Daily attendance report
  • Prepares Government forms for the HR orientation; Schedule of the HR orientation; PH ID Badge and Discontinued Employees every 20th of the month; Folders of Newly Hired Employees for 201 file; Transmittals for Pag-ibig, Philhealth and R1a.
  • Update Resigned or Inactive Employees; Agent Turnover Report.
  • Distribute pay slip, ID and other important documents of the employee.
  • Encode important details of Newly Hired Employees
  Qualifications:
 
  • Holder of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of work related experience
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
