Customer Service Agent

Scope of Position:
Responsible for daily operations of the hotline services.
Prepare replies to service inquiries using standardized formats.
Respond to customer complaints by using agreed customer service procedures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/College Degree in related field or equivalent.
At least 1-year inbound customer service experience in a call center industry.
Shows initiative, enthusiasm, confidence and has good comprehension.
Computer Literate.
Good telephone manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
