Customer Service Agent (Ref: CS001-WEB)
 
  Scope of Position:
 
  • Responsible for daily operations of the hotline services.
  • Prepare replies to service inquiries using standardized formats.
  • Respond to customer complaints by using agreed customer service procedures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor/College Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • At least 1-year inbound customer service experience in a call center industry.
  • Shows initiative, enthusiasm, confidence and has good comprehension.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
